The Invictus Games Düsseldorf 2023 marked a powerful celebration of resilience, service, and camaraderie among wounded, injured, and sick veterans from around the world. As a global event with high visibility, it involved close coordination with international stakeholders – including patron Prince Harry, international delegations, agencies, and media teams across continents.
One of the core challenges was scale. Our task was to build and manage a scalable communications infrastructure – from overarching narratives to daily execution across platforms, all while ensuring consistent voice, tone, and emotional clarity throughout.
This included full-spectrum media support: film productions, photo coverage, social media operations, website management, and integrated marketing efforts. From behind-the-scenes moments to on-stage highlights, the content reached millions and helped shape global perception.
The official IG23 trailer for the “One Year to Go” launch became a key milestone – both creatively and operationally. It laid the groundwork for a year of storytelling at scale and offered valuable lessons on how to lead, structure, and deliver communications across large, multi-stakeholder projects.
