The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer (m/f/d) to join our growing team. In this role, you will bring our communications to life visually — spanning brand identity, digital and social media content, and motion design. Working closely with our strategy and communications team, you will design compelling visuals, support the development of visual strategies, and maintain brand guidelines, all while ensuring adherence to project timelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into high-quality design solutions that resonate with audiences in the defence and security space.
Your Profile

Fluency in both English and German is required
+
Based in Germany (required)
+
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and AI tools for image and video generation
+
Experience in delivering visual content for digital and print formats
+
Strong grasp of typography, colour theory, layout, and core design principles
+
Experience with design systems and Figma is a plus
+
CGI or 3D background (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) is a plus
+
Familiarity with node-based AI tools like ComfyUI, Weavy, or Freepik is a plus
+
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
+
Strong time management skills for juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
+
Attention to detail and the ability to adapt designs to project needs
+
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting
+
An affinity for defence and security topics is a plus
